Winter wonder - blog hopping

Try It On Tuesday - Scraplings

This time at Try It On Tuesday they what us to do a scrapling , yes you might be wondering what one is well  If you have never heard of a scrapling (and some of the team hadn't) its the bit of card you trim off to make a square card from an A4 sheet. Its the tall thin bit of card - perfect for using up scraps of papers etc to make a mini card, bookmark or tag.


And I had nt realised I been doing this for ages and it now has a name I norm use my for posh gift tags and that's this one will be for .
Plus I think the name scrapling is cute lol

Winter Wonderland - P is for ....................

This time at Winter Wonderland we had a the letter P as the theme so anything that starts with the letter P . I went with Penguin and punched border.

Cant get over its 16wks that the great Mandi and Chrissie have been pushing my mojo , so love Saturdays .

Well what can I say I got a bit carried away with this wk and have done three cards , so thanks to Mandi and Chrissie , for giving me something else to try out . Yes I ve used my embossing folders before but  normally its to add some layers to the card rather than straight on to the card . The Xmas one I will be doing lots more off as my mum saw it and asked for some .

This month theme at CC Monthly Challenge Blog was to do a card for a girl , and as I am a very girlie girl I went with a very girlie card .
Gor I cant get over how quick May is going , mind you today's weather is not very spring like very windy and chilly , perfect day for crafting inside .
