Winter Wonderland - Swirls and Pearls

I think Swirls and Pearls is one of my fave themes so thank you Winter Wonderland and they also have a fab sponsor who is Simon Says Stamp and they will give the winner a $15 voucher to use on their site.

OK so here is what i used and did for my card.
8x8 card base - Joanna Sheen
Pearl paper from crafters companion which I cut on the GC using a large scalloped square die from spellbinders.
Patterned card from kanban cats kit which I cut on the e-craft using the fundamentals SD card , the cat topper is also from the kanban cats kit.
Swirls are from the Tim Holtz grunge board range which I sprayed with gold glitter spray from crafters companion.
Pearls are a mix from 1craft1 and also Joanna Sheen.

Just Inspirational Challenge - week 13

OK so this is the pic for week 13 over at Just Inspirational Challenge
So the reason for my card and what I took from the picture to make it , well of course all the lovely colours and that they also made a circle in the middle made think to add that to .

So the items I uses are
8 x8 card base which I cover with Kraft core'dations - from crafters companion
the dotty paper is from my minds eye which I cut on the e-craft I also used that to cut the mat for the image which Inked with Tim Holtz distress ink sorry can't remember the name of it. I then coloured the image with Promarkers. and to finish some card candi from Joanna Sheen . Naughty me forgot to say the image is from Little Claire's.

Less Is More - Cut it out

Yet again Mandi and Chrissie had me thinking how I am going to do this and keep it simple , this time they wanted a cut out or aperture on card , so I did one of each I think lol.
Hope they both OK. Please let me know what you think good or bad well not to bad lol.

Card 1
Cut outs where done on the e-craft , then I placed some scrap core'dations behind it added a few buttons from my stash and some ribbon from 1craft1.

Card 2

This is the aperture one which I used the e-craft again for , cat stamp from Joann Sheen , black ink mento. The paw stamp is from Anita's and also inked with mento
gems - from my stash.

Totally Gorjuss - Welcome

So its all about the welcome over at Totally Gorjuss and what better Welcome than a new baby so that's what I went for plus it was another reason to get a new stamp out and play with that , so hope my image will fit the bill OK as it dose nt have the word welcome on it.

Winter Wonderland _ Easel Card

This time over at Winter Wonderland they wanted to do one of my fave style of cards a easel , not sure why I stopped on the them so think they will have to start be done more often again.
So on the sponsor of the week who is Lili of the valley who will give the winner £10 to spend on their web site.

Ok I know we don't have to do Xmas cards at the moment , but I was having a tidy up and found my snowman stamps and thought yes they have to be used before they got put away again. So that's the reason for Xmas card from me.

Then core'dations for the side panels which I cut on the e-craft , I also used core'dations for the snowflakes which was done with a MS punch.
yet again I used the e-craft for the mat for the image which I inked round the edge .

Wild Orchid Challenge - Creature Comforts

OK so 2 wks has gone by which means its time to play over at Wild Orchid Challenge and the theme for these 2wks is to have a creature on card . And I am very lucky to of got into LOTV stamps when I was at the NEC so I am slowly getting round to playing with them all and the one I used fitted the theme just right.

And of course the sponsor for the week is wild orchid crafts unfortally there is no picture for me to show the prize so as soon as they have it on the blog I will added it to my post.

So onto my card and all the lovely goodies I used for it.
8x8 patterned paper - my stash which I put straight on to the front of the card
Kraft core'dations cut on the e-craft and then I embossed it on the GC and of course sanded to show of the Kraft part.
The mat for the image and message was also cut on the e-craft.
Image was coloured with Promakers and stickles glitter glue for the water part of the image.
Ribbons - from my stash
Lace , corner and brads - wild orchids - the lace was coloured with Tim Holtz Ink - Barn Door , I also used this on the message.

Close up of the glitter glue , hope the picture shows it OK as it took a few to try and get it.

Just Inpsirational Challenge - week 12

OK so its week 12 over at Just Inspirational Challenge and they have this picture for us this time to get us thinking .

So of course I had to go with a baby card using one of my fave stamps and I also went for the blue and yellow from the picture.

E-craft bags and card

I so lovely my e-craft , its had another good play yesterday and this time it helped me do these lovely bags and card , of course I used some of my lovely core'dations another fave item of mine and some lovely flowers from wild orchids .

Oh I also used my cuttlebug and GC for some of die shapes and bits and bobs.

This time over at My time to craft challenge is to use our fave embellishment , which I have to say was a hard choice as I have a few but at the moment it seems to be flowers so that's what I went for especially as I thought it went well with my topper , have keep the card very simple as its for my grandma's birthday in April , yep I know its early but wanted to make sure it got done.

Less Is More - Tweet tweet

This time at Less Is More Mandi and Chrissie wanted us do the birdie with having birds on cards , wish I had nt written that now as got the song in my head lol.
At 1st I thought I did nt have many bird stamps but then I remembered I got one a little back and also had one given to me so hay presto 2 cards - smiles here as one has got my male cards topped up a little bit .

OK so here is card 1
well only 2 things used on this card the stamp from la Blanche which I highlighted with some PM's

and yet again just a 2 items the stamp which is from penny black and yet again I used PM's to colour.

Totally Gorjuss - Be a star

So they wanted us to be a star over at Totally Gorjuss which meant having a star on cards and thankfully for me I got a lovely e-craft so cutting out the stars was no prob for me this time - huge smiles. So love my machine it gets used every day .
I could nt see a sponsor for this week , so if there is one let me know as don't want to get into trouble for not mentioning them.

Finally Finished

At long last after many hours of cutting out and glueing I have finallu finished off a order of 10 decoupage cards so here are the last 4 - huge smiles here .

This is number one out of 10 cards a friend of my mum's has asked me to do and she wants them all to be decoupage I must be mad to say yes to all this cutting out lol.

Joanna Sheen challenge blog - celebrations

Well its the start of the month and I am taking part for the 1st time at Joanna Sheen challenge blog and they have the theme celebrations so that could mean baby , wedding anything really that you celebrate.
And as I need to get a few cards done for family , thought I would get on and do mum and dad's anniversary card and this image just spoke to me for it.
