Items used
GC to cut the large scalloped oval , and also the scalloped circles
Paper is from the Humphrey Cd - crafters companion and so is the decoupage which is from the Xmas range.
peel offs are from my stash.
Oh nearly forgot used the crafters companion spray and shine on the decoupage.
